Shipping To &From

Ship Directly to/from Customer.  The shortest distance between two points is a straight line.  This means every person that touches that product and every place that product stops costs time and money.

Rapid Repair and Refurbishment.  Holding product in a defective state is like having a car out of gas!  Let’s face it — if you need it in a hurry, you’re out of luck. The focus should be on customer service.  However, for many organizations this means not just-in-time stock, but just-in-case stock.  Lengthy and inefficient processes drive the requirement for extra inventory, resulting in eventual excess and obsolete products.

Value-Add handling

Eliminate Non-Value-Add handling and Warehousing.  Every time someone touches your product in the supply chain and does not add value, it costs money. FSO’s frequently route spare parts through an inefficient supply chain, involving multiple legs of transportation such as from the repair/refurb source, to central warehousing, to a field warehouse, and finally to a technician’s van or closet.  Defective inventory is also usually returned through a similarly wasteful process.  Because of these inefficiencies, FSOs often accumulate defective spares in the field until the volume justifies a batch or bulk shipment through the reverse logistics supply chain causing unnecessary delays in the process.

Warranty terms

We view warranty repairs as serious business. We do not expect to see many of them, therefore, when we do, they become our top priority. Because of our commitment to you, we offer a warranty on all electronic repairs done by Indcontrol Electronics. Although we are proud of our warranty policy, we rarely have a need to discuss these terms with you.

Simply put, we go to extremes to make sure you never need to make use of our warranty

This warranty will not apply to items that fail due to misapplication, including, but not limited to, improper operation, installation, storage conditions or lightning, floods storms.

Repair or tampering with repaired items will void warranty.
